¹⁴ Saul sent ·messengers [agents; soldiers] to take David prisoner, but Michal said, “He is sick.”

¹⁵ Saul sent ·them [^Lmessengers; agents; soldiers] back to see David, saying, “Bring him to me on his bed so I can kill him.”
